1. Information we collect

When you place an order or contact No Crumbs Bakery, we may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, order selections, payment method, pickup details, notes, referral source, and question or catering-request details.

If you choose the optional text-message checkbox, we retain a record of that choice, including consent wording, date, and collection method. Limited technical error information helps keep the website reliable. Optional browsing measurement is described below.

We do not collect or store card or bank-account credentials. Venmo and Zelle payments are reconciled manually using the sender name and order amount.

2. How we use information

• To create, fulfill, and support your bakery order.
• To communicate about payment, pickup, changes, questions, or catering requests.
• To send optional order-related or promotional text messages only for the separate program or programs you actively select.
• To maintain business records, prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve the storefront.

Optional browsing analytics

Optional analytics is off unless you choose “Allow analytics.” The first-visit choice appears in a compact on-screen card, and you can change it through Analytics preferences at any time. With consent, we also measure which product cards are viewed and which selected products reach checkout. No region is guessed from your browser language or IP address.

We count aggregate homepage requests by day, without storing IP addresses or browser identifiers in analytics. With your permission, first-party analytics also measures menu views, product selections, checkout starts and sessions using random identifiers, not fingerprinting. A browser identifier lasts up to 90 days; a session resets after 30 minutes of inactivity. Campaign labels or broad referring-site categories may be linked to your order. We do not send contact details, order notes, pickup addresses or payment details to analytics providers. The previous Google Analytics tag is not loaded by this version.

Raw browsing events are kept for up to 90 days, capped at 20,000 records. Business records and order attribution follow our business-record retention policy. Choose “No thanks” or change Analytics preferences on the storefront at any time; declining does not affect ordering. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by disabling optional measurement. Unknown traffic is not assumed to be human or malicious.

3. Text-message privacy

No Crumbs Bakery offers two separate optional text programs. Order Updates covers order confirmations, payment and pickup reminders, and customer-support updates. New Drops & Menu Alerts covers future cinnamon roll drops, seasonal flavors, new desserts, limited-time specials, and bakery announcements.

Each program has its own separate checkbox, unchecked by default. Customers may select either, both, or neither. Once selected, the preference remains associated with that mobile number for future orders until the customer unsubscribes, so returning customers do not need to opt in again at every checkout. Order Updates may send up to 4 messages per order cycle; New Drops & Menu Alerts may send up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile-information promiseWe do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers may process mobile information only as needed to operate our messaging service on our behalf. They are not authorized to use your mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

4. When information may be disclosed

We may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, text-message delivery, analytics, and other operational support. They receive only the information reasonably needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business, or the security of the website.

We do not sell customer personal information. Mobile phone numbers and messaging opt-in or consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Retention and security

We retain order and customer-service records for as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices

You may place an order without joining the text-message program. To stop automated text messages, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or email us. You may also ask us to correct or delete customer information when retention is not required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

7. Policy updates

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will remain available at this public URL.
